Assurely appoints former director of AIG John H. Fitzpatrick as Chairman of the Board

Mr. Fitzpatrick has been an integral part of Assurely's Board of Directors since June 2022 and his transition to Chairman demonstrates his commitment to the company’s growing success.

Mr. Fitzpatrick’s prior experience includes both operating and serving on the Board of Directors of some of the world's largest insurers and organizations, including SwissRe, AIG, Inc., and The Geneva Association.
